i loved the views from my room the people were very friendly and helpful and the position
Good value for the money Friendly staff Excellent city views Convenient
Small rooms Minimal furnishings Extremely poor internet connectivity for a high cost
Very beautiful views of the Sydney Harbour. The wonderful location. Great local advise by friendly staff to country visitors. 13th Floor GREAT!!
Only the weather and that was out of your hands.
Light in bathroom inoperative. Light in bedromm needed to be reset.
Location, staff very friendly, room was lovely, I would stay again, excellent holiday.
it was perfect
The location and pool area are exceptional. Very comfortable and spacious rooms.
No airconditioning although we did not really need it as seaside breeze was always cool.
The view and location to the city. The rooms were well set up for self use, cooking, cutlery etc
For the price we paid we were really shocked that there was no air conditioning, we could have stayed in a less costing hotel which has this facility. We got 3 hours sleep due to the heat on the night, which did not assist us in enjoying the following day. We also wanted to up grade and when booked on line it would have cost $275.00 but on the day they wanted to charge us $310.00. i think better advertising in relation to this option would assist.
Early check in was possible and the apartment was comfortable and, of course, in a stunning location!
The location was beautiful and access to public transport was great, also that there was free parking
Internet often down No air conditioning No tv in bedroom Position of toilet, a joke Gives the impression of providing the absolute minimum for guests that the owners can get away with. Should be advertised 1 star with the best view
The view from our room was stunning. We soaked up the harbor both day and night. The apartment was very spacious and on arrival was pleasantly surprised to see we were given a two bedroom apartment. We both commented we could easily live there. Loved it!
We ordered the breakfast basket as described by reception for $12.50. It arrived in a plastic box and the contents were minimal. The bread had been frozen and thawed, it was still cold and was rock hard from freezer burn - we didn't use it. For such a nice establishment that was very ordinary and should not have been allowed to be sent to guests. I travel a lot and that would have been the worst breakfast I have been given. Other than that everything was perfect.
Excellent location for zoo, Lua park and access to city.
To whom it may concern,, Had my family down fr a Sydney experience, we visited the zoo. My mother is 63 and is a guardian to two foster kids, 4 and 5 years old and also cares for my brother who has epilepsy and is mental disabled. The 5 year old Brooke suffers from cerebral palsy and her mobility is servaly limited. If I wasn't there my mother wouldnt of been able to cope with the hotels lack of compassion for people with disabilities. The receptionist informed us about parking on the third floor, which has no ramp for wheelchair access. When you find out where the wheelchair access is for the hotel there is not one disabled parking spot alocated for the hotel, which I'm confident is illegal. Hope they can do something about this. Kind regards, Ben Wilkins
The location was fantastic, views of Bridge and Opera house from our apartment, amazing. Extremely comfortable and well designed, well furnished. Excellent ferry connections to Circular Quay and Darling Harbour from right outside the apartment block.
Lack of WiFi inside the apartment
Unbelievably fantastic location! Journey from airport very easy, via direct train to Circular Quay, then ferry to McMahon's Point (passing under Sydney Harbour Bridge), only a few yards to apartments from there. Nice heated outdoor pool, good size. Much more space for your money than you'd get in a hotel. Complimentary newspaper each day. I was aware from other reviews that we would probably not get a Harbour Bridge view, having a one bedroom apartment, but the view from just outside and on the way in more than made up for that.
Kitchen equipment not up to "cooking yourself a gourmet meal" - 2 tiny saucepans, no frying pan, huge colander (what was that about?) no Wifi or any other means of Internet access.
